Artist, Producer, Teacher, Workshop Leader
Genevieve Rudd has led and organised community arts projects since 2011. She has developed projects with people in care homes, museums, galleries, libraries, youth clubs, schools, community festivals and in outdoor public spaces. In particular, Genevieve’s projects consider heritage, cultural and environmental themes. They encourage closer looking, enquiry through making and ask about the places and people around us. Having led many arts projects linked to wellbeing, she is inspired by the positive transformational power of creativity. Genevieve believes that engaging in the arts can be a catalyst for self-development and improved quality of life, whilst being enjoyable and expansive in its own right.
