MetaValue is a business growth consultancy. We have worked with businesses from start-up and one-person project stages right up to large, scaling enterprises to help them unlock their potential for growth. In fact, we ourselves received business growth support in our early days from an ERDF funded programme – Make it Global – that aimed to support the growth aspirations of women-led businesses. Since then we have worked in the public, private and not-for-profit sector using our unique methodology to help enterprises grow and thrive. Our approach has been recognised as best practice by the Cabinet Office and co-founder Meeta Thareja was recognised as an Asian Woman of Achievement – Entrepreneur in 2014 for our work.

We have worked very closely with a large number of StartEast beneficiaries as business mentors and run a variety of workshops from turning an idea into business, making your business plan, accessing funding and finance, creating your marketing strategy, social media, website, PR and working with journalists.  We have worked with Boards, business owners and frontline staff and can adapt our style to engage and support them in the most meaningful way. Our methodology combines creative blue-sky thinking with analytical approaches to shape and make ideas real. As an entrepreneur led business, we know the importance of underpinning a bold vision with a practical approach that brings it to life.
