Tracy Satchwill is an audiovisual practitioner and visual artist. She works with cultural organisations to develop imaginative, engaging and accessible projects.
She works across animation, film, illustration, graphics, community and exhibition work. Her work revolves around collage, using live action; archival and contemporary footage, imagery and audio; memorabilia; objects; textures; and mark making. Her films include documentary, experimental and short fiction using sound, green screen, stop-motion and collage animation techniques.
Her clients include National Trust, Wellcome Collection, Ipswich Museums, North Lincolnshire Museum, Wells Maltings Trust, University of London and Norwich University of the Arts.
Her films have been selected for Montreal International Film Festival, Norwich Film Festival and Ilfracombe Film Festival. Striving for Perfection film was shortlisted for the RSA Moving Picture award and Hysterical Females film screened across England to mark the centenary of women’s suffrage.
